Filling out your information for a credit pull
The following is one of the first steps in order to complete your loan application. At this stage we will only be looking to help you get you through your prequalification. When you provide your information here, it is secured and protected through our system. We at Solutions First Mortgage Inc. use a tri-merge credit report pulling form all three major credit reporting agencies.
Once you have completed this it will take about one minute or two for your credit score to be sent to your email. The system will also send an alert to us that your credit report is ready. Once we review the notification we will call you and verify you and your identity and ask a a few questions about your income. We will need this information in order to send you a copy of your full tri-merge credit report and to generate a "Prequalification Letter" you can use or send to your Realtor in order to make a more presentable written offer for your real estate purchase.
Notes: you can get a prequalification as an individual or jointly as legally married couple as per the state of Florida. If you choose to have two or more non married individuals or married but not to each other individuals on your mortgage, you need to do two individual forms. The cost that will be charged to your credit card per person is $13.50 and $18 per married couples. If you have questions you can contact us at 941-921-1110 or at info@solutionsfirstmortgage.com
