Marty, My husband got a phone call this morning from the Credit Union, they have decided that the best thing to do is to remove that second trust from our account all together and thereby wiping all that stuff from our credit report. I did exactly what you said and filed grievances with all the people I could, I am hoping that this is the last hurdle we have to cross regarding the issues with the Credit Union, and according to them, this will be wiped completely as of this week.
